Clear Browser Cache Instructions

When a person accesses an Internet website, the browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) stores or caches information it receives from the Internet sites. This information is stored to allow for quicker response when the user clicks the back button.

On the other hand, when our developers deploy changes to the ICOS website, it is necessary to clear the browser history, so it does not go back to the old webpage; clearing the cache will ensure you see all of the latest changes to the site. Please follow the following instructions to clear your browser cache:

1. Open Internet Explorer and look for the tools bar on the top of your Internet Explorer browser. Click on the Tools button.
