Purpose/Objective/s (2 pts)

Connection to the Literature (3 pts)
____ (3) a brief review of the critical literature is presented with important citations
Methods (8 pts)
____ (3) describes population of interest, sample size and criteria for inclusion/exclusion
____ (3) detailed description of data collection and analysis; described in logical order and clearly so the techniques are repeatable
