Consultancies in tourism marketing also include public relations adnd press office services, editorial and teaching projects and research work in alternative forms of tourism.


Free lance contributor to tourism-related publications including leisure magazines and specialized travel trade editors: WEEKEND & VIAGGI, Milan, Editrice Turistica, Rome, New Wave and Relazioni Internazionali. Milan in Italy and UT and Tourism, the journal of the Zagreb Institute of Tourism, in Croatia.


Among the clients also feature UK-based hotel and hospitality groups: Westin Hotels, Wren's Hotel Group, Uptown Reservations, Wolsey Lodges, Adriatic Luxury Hotels.


Teaching assignments on alternative forms of tourism and on the preservation of the Spirit of Place for Strateghia Master courses in Rome, and at the Zagreb School of Management .

Non-profit fund-raising and volunteer work

through professional contributions in services and know-how, including various communication projects such as symposia and exhibitions.
- Founder and principal coordinator of CSC, an aid committee active during the war in the former Yugoslavia : activities included communication projects aimed at protecting UNESCO World Heritage under threat of devastation, plus material and humanitarian assistance to the suffering populations. 1991-1995
- Promoter and Commissioner of the Croatian Pavillion at the International Exhibition

- Founder of DialogAmo, Association of Women Linguists, aimed at promoting understanding between different cultures

- Since 1993 donor to the Humanitarian Organization DESA in Dubrovnik, later to become a continued education center and an NGO promoting local development.

1986 - 1988 : Marketing  Director - Milan

Author of the feasibility study for the Galleria Meravigli project and later shareholder and Marketing Director of  ANTAR  S.p.A., a company consituted for the development of the Galleria Meravigli real estate complex, owned by Pirelli & C., the majority shareholder of Antar S.p.A.

1983 - 1985 : Marketing Director  - Milan

INTELESIS  S.p.A., a company in the information technology field developing the first CRS operation for the Italian hotel industry
TOUR PLANNING  s.r.l. ,  market research manager and head of the Tourism Data Marketing project, funded by the CONFCOMMERCIO, Italian Federation of Commerce and Tourism.

1977 -1982 :  Marketing  Consultant - London

GOULD-DAVIES ASSOCIATES, a marketing  management consultancy; specializing in direct-mail and strategic marketing projects.

1972 - 1977 :  Destination Marketing  - London

ATLAS AMBASSADOR SERVICES, London based sales promotion unit of Atlas Travel Organization of Dubrovnik (Yugoslavia) : incentive travel, meetings, taylor-made travel programs for direct-sell through specialized and consumer media.

1967 - 1971 :  Public Relations and Destination Marketing - New York

Yugoslav State Tourist Office, PR officer  and later assistant director with the responsability for PR and marketing for the USA and Canadian markets.

1966 :   Dubrovnik
Assistant to the Operations Director of the South Adriatic Development Project, funded by the United Nations Development Program, in Dubrovnik.

1964/1965 :  Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece

Working as a multilingual interpreter during international meetings  and conventions,  as a tour guide and as a manager on cruise ships sailing the Adriatic and the Eastern Mediterranean.
