3. DECLARATION

The configuration of the test article is in conformity with the requirements of the document in [3];

the certificate of conformity is enclosed in Annex A.

T he TAC has been satisfactorily completed and is enclosed in Annex B.

When the TAC report is missing or not completed, refer to the Sheet II.

Any non-conformity discovered on the test article has been evaluated and approved; the applicable documents are enclosed in Annex C.

T he instrumentation required by the Document in [3] and listed in the Document in [5] is suitable for correct acquisition of the required parameters.

The test bench / Rig is compliant with the document in [3] / [4].

The Laboratory

is suitable for performing the test.

4. REPRESENTATIVENESS

The Test Article identified in [2] / [3] including deviations identified in Annex B is representative to the Type Design and is consistent with the aim of Test Proposal [3].

In particular has been determined that (ref. 21 A.33(b)):

1. for the test specimen:

1. that materials and processes adequately conform to the specifications for the proposed type design;

2. that parts of the products adequately conform to the drawings in the proposed type design;

3. that the manufacturing processes, construction and assembly adequately conform to those specified in the proposed type design; and

2. that the test equipments and all measuring equipments described in [3] / [4] / [5] are adequate for the test and are appropriately calibrated; and

As a result, the Test Article is representative and the Test is judged acceptable/adequate for the purpose of showing compliance.

5. TEST EXECUTION AUTHORISATION

As far as the requirements and procedure reported in the Test Proposal [3] are concerned, having sight of the previous declarations, the Test Article is representative and the Test is judge acceptable/adequate for the purpose of showing compliance (ref. 21 A.33(e)(1)) and therefore
