  1. SUBJECT: Consideration of a Resolution of the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Parlier approving the purchase and sale agreement for purchase and development of Assessor Parcel Number 358-390-42


RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Oversight Board approve the following:

Adopt Resolution No. 2016-02 approving the purchase and sale agreement for purchase and development of APN 358-390-42


  1. SUBJECT: Consideration of a Resolution of the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Parlier approving a professional services agreement with RSG, Inc. to provide Long Range Property Management Plan property disposition services


RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Oversight Board approve the following:

Adopt Resolution No. 2016-03 approving the professional services agreement with RSG, Inc. to provide Long Range Property Management Plan property disposition services


  1. SUBJECT: Consideration of a Resolution of the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Parlier establishing the monthly Oversight Board meeting to convene at 3 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month, at the Parlier City Hall


RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Oversight Board approve the following:

Adopt Resolution No. 2016-04 establishing the monthly Oversight Board meeting to convene at 3 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of each month, at the Parlier City Hall
