Delivery and collection of animals must be done within kennel hours as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. only.

SUNDAYS 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. only.


a. Whilst all reasonable care and precautions are taken in looking after the animals at our kennels, it is distinctly understood that no liability is incurred by the Proprietors in respect for any loss or damage to the animals through sickness, escape, or from any cause whatsoever, and further no responsibility is undertaken for collars, leads, containers, beds, blankets etc, left at the kennels.

b. Animals that are not collected within 10 days after the intended date of discharge may at the discretion of the proprietors, be disposed of, but it is agreed that the Owner shall remain liable for the normal daily charge plus any sundry charges up to the date of disposal.

c. Charges are incurred from the date of booked admission to the date out INCLUSIVE. There will be no refunds in the case of pets collected before the due date. Boarders left longer than booked will be charged double rates during holiday seasons.

d. No animal will be removed unless the account is paid in full.

e. When considered necessary by the Proprietors, Veterinary treatment, deworming and grooming will be carried out with costs charged to the owner.

f. Charges may be levied for the administration of medications.
