Bouco - Abstract
A
Starting
from 1980 it begins to be clarified the panorama of the study of the
International Relationships as autonomous discipline; in that moment,
several authors point out the existence of an “empty”-more
apparent than real - in what makes to works with an own
methodological perspective. However near twenty years of intellectual
production they have not clarified the panorama; very on the
contrary: under a supposed thematic coincidence they hide
methodological differences in fact, of analytic categories, of
objectives and hermeneuticses. In short, the absence of studies that
claimed the authors that then will be analyzed, referres more to the
slope that emanates of the political science and of the international
relationships, either this last a subsystem of the previous one or an
autonomous discipline. Therefore such an absence would not exist, but
rather a lack of works that historify the international relationships
from an own methodological perspective or with a strong
political-institutional content to the style political science. This
work seeks to make a sample of the most significant postures from the
moment in that it seemed to have a significant beginning of
sistematicity in the study of the international relationships and not
of the Argentinean foreign policy as likewise to urge to a vision of
the international relationships where the economy and the economic
history both play a leading role, without saying that these become
the decisive components in all analysis.
