By this Decree was abolished: Order of the Head of the United Transport Administration of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia "Technical Regulation Requirements for the Individually Designed (Handmade) Vehicles" this document was notified by WTO/TBT National Enquiry Point of Georgia through a notifications No. G/TBT/N/GEO/18.

Description of content: Document determines requirements towards technical maintenance characteristics of an individually designed (handmade) vehicle, its parts and devices and the procedure for assessing the compliance of the handmade vehicle with the requirements of the present regulation.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: Determination of movement an ecological security requirements for Individually (handmade) vehicles and determination required procedures and conditions for issuing of documents for its conformity to present document requirements for vehicles obligatory registration.
