Trainers - duties and conditions

General duties

You must comply with the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Act 1985 (“the Act”), the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Regulations 2018, these conditions and the Board’s Rules for the proper conduct of a professional contest (as applicable).

Licence conditions

    1. You must have a current First Aid certificate at all times.

    2. You must provide a copy of your current First Aid certificate to the Board.

    3. You must comply with the Board’s First Aid policy.

    4. You must comply with the Trainer Duty of Care.

    5. You must comply with the Code of Conduct.

    6. You will comply with the Board’s Rules for the proper conduct of a professional contest (as applicable).

Notes

These conditions are general in application and the Board may make any further conditions specific to an individual contestant’s registration as it sees fit. The Board will write to you to make you aware of any such conditions.

These conditions may be varied or revoked by the Board at any time. The Board will write to you to make you aware of any such variations or revocations.

Failure to comply with the responsibilities and conditions set out above may result in your registration being cancelled or suspended.
