How to View/Change Grades or Check Mark Entry is Complete Once Grades are Posted

These directions allow you to “sneak” a look and/or change a student’s grades
and check the Mark entry is complete box.

Open NC Wise TAM
Click the Mark Entry button
Under the Marking Periods section change the Course Length/Start Date to the period you wish to view or make changes by using the scroll bar.

Next change to the appropriate Reporting Period by using the scroll bar.
Now under Classes click on the course to view/change marks.
Click the Students button. This will take you to a new screen.
From this screen you view and/or change grades.
The Mark entry is complete box must be marked.
Click on the left arrow to return to the previous screen or click the door to exit when finished.
