In acest scop, mandatarul este imputernicit sa depuna documente; sa plateasca, sa retraga, sa ramburseze taxe; sa primeasca corespondenta si orice fel de documente; sa semneze in numele nostru acolo unde este necesar, si in general sa ne reprezinte pe noi la sediul sau in legatura cu toate formalitatile care trebuie indeplinite de noi conform cu legile si regulamentele in vigoare.

Orice document, citatie, somatii, sentinte si decizii vor fi transmise pentru mine (noi) la adresa de mai sus a mandatarului meu (nostru).

Mandatarul nostru este de asemenea autorizat sa incheie orice contract cu avocati din cadrul Baroului Bucuresti pentru a ma (ne) reprezenta si pleda in numele nostru in fata tribunalelor civile, sa ia termene,etc.

Pe scurt, mandatatul este imputernicit sa ne reprezinte pe intreaga durata de existenta a brevetului in fata autoritatilor competente.

For this purpose my (our) representative is authorized to file documents, pay the fees, withdraw, recall and deposit or refund the same, to receive correspondence and all kind of papers etc., and to sign for me (us) wherever necessary and in general to represent me (us) at his above residence in Romania in connection with all formalities which have to be fulfilled by me (us) in accordance with the Law and regulations in force.

Any document, summon, reminder, judgment and decision should be delivered to me (us) at the above residence of my (our) representative.

My (our) representative is also authorized to sign any contracts with Lawyers of Bucharest Bar to appear and plead on our behalf before all courts of common law, to take notice of terms, etc.

In short the representative is authorized to represent me (us) during the whole validity term of the Patent before the competent authorities.
