Options To Get Rid of Mold:

Mold Cleaning Recipes:

Hydrogen Peroxide:

Mix ½ cup of hydrogen peroxide and 1 cup of warm water.

Spray the peroxide directly onto the surface that has mold.

Leave for at least 15 minutes in order for the peroxide to kill the mold.

Scour the area to remove all of the mold and mold stains.

Wipe down area with moist paper towel to clean up mold dust.

Note: Keep the spray bottle of remaining hydrogen peroxide in dark place as light reduces the effectiveness of hydrogen peroxide. For more effective mold removal, you may consider using hydrogen peroxide with vinegar during the cleaning process.

Example: Mix one cup of baking soda with a solution of ½ cup vinegar and ½ cup water.

Let this dry on the surface, then scrub off with a scouring pad.

Wipe down area with moist paper towel.
