“EFAD EJOURNAL” CALL FOR ABSTRACTS FOUR YEARS AGO DIETS2

EFAD e-journal” call for abstracts

Four years ago DIETS2 thematic network launched a new electronic journal for students in the field of dietetics which was then, under the support of European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians (EFAD), renamed to “EFAD e-journal” and opened also to dietitians.

The main goal of the “EFAD e-journal” is to allow communication between dietitians and students in dietetics across Europe, by giving them the opportunity to present and share their scientific and research activities. In addition, among the journal aims is to encourage dietitians and students to become more reflective and critical of their own research skills, considering their peers’ work and to facilitate potential collaboration between Higher Education Institutes.

The e-journal covers many scientific areas relevant to the field of dietetics and nutrition, i.e. dietetic practice (across the whole range of therapeutic conditions, food service dietetics and lifecycle), public health dietetic/ nutrition, sports nutrition, nutritional epidemiology, research methodology in dietetics, medical nutrition therapy, food science and biotechnology, food microbiology, food service systems, dietetics education, nutrigenomics, psychology of eating, eating patterns and behaviors, food sociology-anthropology-history, food and culinary technology, nutritional toxicology, ecology of food and nutrition.

Although you can submit your abstracts throughout the year, if you wish your submission to be eligible for the next issue, abstract should be submitted until the 18th of June 2016. Dietitians, students and supervisors are invited to visit the following address for more information:
