KSTU is ready to take part in preparation master courses: Energy saving, Telecommunications, Informatics, Electric power industry, Safety of foodstuff, Technology of foodstuffs, Economics as the second competence for the engineers, Business Studies with Technologies, Design (Graphic Design, Fashion, Textile) and PhD courses: Economics, Informatics, Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, Technology of foodstuffs, Design.

KSTU is ready to take part in preparation of the applications with fields of study for Lot 9.

  1. Modernization of sites of Universities Central Asia for advancement of the European Higher Education.


University is ready to changes and additions in these proposals and to discussion of your proposals under programs: FR7, TEMPUS, and ERASMUS MUNDUS.

University has stable contacts with many Universities in Central Asia and other regions to prepare joint applications for projects on program “TEMPUS” and ERASMUS MUNDUS.

Proposals reflect opportunities of University in a finding of partners and giving of information is necessary to prepare the application.


PRESENTATION of KSTU


Kyrgyz State Technical University (KSTU) is the oldest technical University in Kyrgyz Republic. 5 Institutes (2 of which is in region of Kyrgyzstan), 8 faculties (2 of which is in region), Telecommunication Department (joint stock company “Kyrgyztelecom” and KSTU are founders), Kyrgyz-Kazakh Joint Distance Education Center, 5 scientific- research institutes are in University.

More 19 600 students (including 1067 foreign students) study by use innovation technologies on educational programs: 26 directions of bachelor, 14 directions of master, and 75 specialties with higher vocational education. It is using module and credit-systems of education; there is training on English and Dutch languages in special groups.

Faculties: Power Energy Faculty, Kyrgyz-German Technical Faculty, Faculty of Information Technologies, Faculty “Moscow Power Institute (MPI)-KSTU ”, Technological faculty, Faculty of Transport and Machine Construction

Educational Institutes: Institute of Management and Business, Institute of distance education and increasing of qualifications, Institute of Mining and Mountain Technologies.

Departments and Centers: Telecommunications Department, Kyrgyz-Kazakh Joint Educational Center of Education on Distance, Department of the secondary vocational education
