MiCRM Release Notes – Minor Versions |
Version Number (including build no.): 1.9.124 (build 427).
This version replaces 1.9.123 (build 411). The next version to be released will be 1.9.125
Release date: 7th February 2011
This version of MiCRM contains new functionality and bug fixes. You must read the entry on reporting configuration if you use MiCRM reports.

There is now a ‘copy’ button available from a closed task. This means a task does not have to be re-opened then completed and copied. |
Customer request. Re-opening a task clears the ‘actioned’ date which impacts timesheets. |

In the recorded emails search results, the senders and recipients are now shown for each mail thread if you select ‘Display Detail’. This setting is remembered. Additionally, if you click ‘Save Search Filters’ before clicking ‘Search’, then your keywords and the default filter for ‘Owner’ (typically yourself, or ‘All’) will be remembered. |

Contact and organisation search results will now rank exact matches above partial matches, therefore searching for ‘West’ will bring back ‘Mr West’ or ‘West Devon Clocks’ above ‘Mr Westwood’ or ‘Westward Homes’. Applies when ‘Search In’ filter is set to ‘Anywhere’. |

Some settings for using Reporting Services are now moved from the ‘web.config’ file on the server to the System Options page in MiCRM. The transfer is not automatic, you will need to copy the settings manually, Nexus can assist. If you do not have reports, there is nothing to update. |
This change allows easier support by Nexus and allows more complicated permissions configurations. |

An action date is now automatically given to a task completed on the initial set up of a project. |
