Description: Responsibility for administering student affairs; observing and evaluating the teaching staff; coordinating proficiency testing; monitoring extracurricular programs; and demonstrating leadership in curriculum and instruction at Chardon High School with a population of 1,120 students. The candidate should possess good communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a solid understanding of the developmental characteristics of adolescence, the high school philosophy and teaching as it relates to high school level education.


Salary: Commensurate with degree and experience, per Administrative Compensation and Benefit Plan.
