Motion to go into closed session, pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes, regarding the deliberation and negotiation with the Village of Twin Lakes an Intergovernmental Agreement, under Sections 66.0301 and 755.01 of the Wisconsin Statutes, between the Village of Twin Lakes and the Town of Randall, in Kenosha County, WI., for the creation of a Joint Municipal Court System.
Open Session: The Town Board will subsequently reconvene in Open Session immediately thereafter, without further notice other than this notice, to consider and possibly act upon any matters considered in closed session.
