Section 3 Prequalification Response Format
T-3 Transportation Access Management
Involves the review of access applications and traffic impact studies. Prequalification criteria include expertise in Civil and Traffic Engineering, Highway Design, and Land Use Planning, as well as familiarity with the NJ Highway Access Code, the Highway Capacity Manual, the Institute of Traffic Engineers (ITE) Trip Generation, and the NJ Roadway Design Manuals are required.
