Regulation for the awarding of Czech Working Champion title


1. CACT – Certificat d´Aptitude au Championnat du Travail is awarded to the best specimen in the breed at international, republic, national or special (club) competitions and trials (hereinafter competitions), taking place in the Czech Republic, at which there are tests approved for awarding of this title and entered on the basis of a request from ČMKU members into the plan of events for the respective year. For FCI Gr. X at races/coursings registered as points races with awarding of this title in the National race calendar approved by ČMKU.


2. CACT can be awarded to the best dog or bitch, which have finished on the first place in I. prize (in each breed) in the competition or have fulfilled a prescribed point-limit, if not stated otherwise in the propositions. The second dog or bitch in I. prize or having fulfilled the point-limit can obtain Res. CACT.


3. CAC and Res. CACT can be awarded also to a dog or a bitch that already have got the title Czech Working Champion.


4. Only the board of judges who have been properly delegated to the competition can award CACT and Res. CAC to a dog or a bitch.


5. The titles CACT and Res. CACT cannot be claimed and are awarded only for exceptionally excellent performance in the course of a competition. Awarding of the Czech Champion title is subject to the following conditions:


a) three times obtaining the title CACT ČR during at least two trial seasons (one trial season = one calendar year), of these at least one must be obtained at international, republic or national competition. For FCI Gr. X three times obtaining CACT at races/coursings registered as points races with awarding of this title in the National race calendar approved by ČMKU.


b) awarding of the CACT and Res. CACT is acknowledged by the judges in the form of a certificate and a record in the pedigree,


c) after collecting the respective number of CACTs, the owner of the dog or the bitch must submit the certificates of obtaining CACT and the dog´s pedigree (foreign applicants submit a photocopy of the pedigree) to the ČMKU secretariat, which issues the document and the diploma and makes the corresponding entry into its records.


When a specimen, which already has been awarded the Czech Working Champion title, obtains CACT CZ, the title CACT goes to the specimen of the same breed, which obtains Res. CACT. The owner of the specimen having obtained Res. CACT requests the confirmation of this title at the ČMKU secretariat.
