Guidelines and requirements for the application

• Please complete ALL fields in the application form
  
  

• Please attach a comprehensive budget
  
  

• Please attach a motivated letter in which you describe why you have chosen the relevant course or internship. This must be written in English.
  
  

• If you apply for a grant for further education, you must have a Bachelor Degree as a minimum. A copy of your degree certificate must be attached.
  
  

• Please attach a recommendation from your current place of education or work.
  
  

• You do not need to have received a place on a course or internship to apply for this grant. However, Ivalo&Minik Fonden will only award the grant once we receive a Letter of Intent or similar documentation confirming your place on the relevant course or internship. A copy of a valid visa for the relevant country where you plan to study/work must also be provided before the grant can be awarded.
  
  

Applications that do not meet the above guidelines/requirements will be returned with an indication of what is still required for Ivalo&Minik Fonden to process your application. Applications that do not include all the required information at the time the Board processes the applications, will not be considered.
