INTEGRATED RESOURCE TIMBER CONTRACT - STEWARDSHIP


MT. BAKER-SNOQUALMIE NATIONAL FOREST



The Segelsen Stewardship Thin Integrated Resource Timber Contract is located within Sec. 28 and 33, T33N, R09E, W.M., Skagit County, State of Washington; Sec. 36, T32N, R09E, W.M., Snohomish County, State of Washington; Sec. 31, T32N, R10E, W.M., Snohomish County, State of Washington; Sec. 1, 12, 13, 23, 24, T31N, R09E, W.M., Snohomish County, State of Washington and Sec. 6, 7, T31N, R10E, W.M., Snohomish County, State of Washington. The Forest Service will receive technical and price proposals (no public opening) at Darrington Ranger District, 1405 Emens Ave N. Darrington, WA 98241 no later than 10:00 AM local time on or before September 20, 2017 for an estimated 2,878 tons of Douglas-fir and 9,415 tons of Western Hemlock and Other Coniferous Species marked or otherwise designated for cutting. Also included in the contract are (3) mandatory service projects to be completed by the Contractor. The contract will be awarded based on a Best Value determination. One award will be made to the Bidder (a) whose proposal is technically acceptable and (b) whose technical/price relationship is the most advantageous to the Government. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the restoration service projects, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Darrington Ranger District, 1405 Emens Ave N, Darrington, WA 98241.
