Resolution – Memorializing the NYS Governor and the NY State Assembly to approve (Assembly Bill A7890) to offer an optional twenty (20) year retirement plan to police officer Thomas R. Nicolini, the City of Syracuse acknowledges and accepts that it will be responsible for past service costs of approximately $384,000 and a new annual increase of approximately $21,000.
