7.1.4 Duk P. Chong asked how many they are required to send, Glafira Carr said 2 and 1 advisor.

7.1.5 Angie Taylor asked why they are sending 5, Glafira Carr responded that is looks better for the El Co. Chapter.

7.1.6 Glafira Carr also mentioned that due to male/female rooming rules it would be better if both males and females from the cabinet come to fill the rooms instead of getting 1 room for 1 person.

7.1.7 Angie Taylor asked if the amount requested would cover everything. Glafira Carr responded that the cabinet members would each pay $50-100 from their own pockets.

7.1.8 Motion made by Duk. P Chong to approve $1200. Seconded by Willy Corea. Byron Challoner asked why $1200, Duk P. Chong said he based it by allocating it between the minimum for 3 people, Glafira Carr mentioned they needed $1500 for 3 people. Byron Challoner said they should prioritize, for example the hotel could be paid for and other priorities should be second. 7.3.3 Glafira Carr asked if they can hold it at different location, Carrie Lockwood responded that they chose this venue because it allows each member in the club to act as a curator every 2 weeks so more artists can showcase their artwork, and if they used a separate venue not as many people will benefit
