(QPL)

We are seeking volunteers to help the Practice establish the QPL Group.

Patients will be asked to join in discussions and meetings regarding

the progression of the surgery and services and to voice an opinion

from a patient’s perspective.

DID YOU KNOW THAT WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

• SMOKING CESSATION- If you are thinking of giving up smoking please book a 10minute appointment with any of our Practice Nurses who will be happy to help and give you advice.

• CONTRACEPTIVE IMPLANTS – Our Salaried GP – Dr Chong is able to fit these implants and they work for up to 3 years. Please book an appointment with Dr Chong to discuss this further and for further advice on Nexplanon.

• SPIROMETRY- We are currently taking part in a Local Enhanced Service and are looking for patients who historically have been diagnosed with asthma and who are over 35yrs. If you fit these criteria please book a 10 minute appointment with the nurse who can assess your suitability.

PRACTICE NEWS

QOF – (Quality and Outcomes Framework) – The Practice is pleased to announce that for the year 2010/11 we achieved full points. This involves both the clinical and non clinical areas of the Practice where are try to meet the targets that are set by the Government.

We are also pleased to announce that we are part of the C4C consortium in Croydon working with 36 other Practices and Dr Brzezicki is the Chair of the Board.
