Barcode Generator Instructions


  1. Go to: http://www.msi-services.org

  2. On the right side and second from bottom click on “Barcode Generator”.

    1. Opens to page “Barcode Generator Form”.

      1. The first time the form is used down load the “font” using the link on the page.

        1. After the font is downloaded click in the “install” button in the upper left corner.

    2. Open the “form” (QMSF-1005)

      1. Choose an option

        1. Open-use the form from MSI website

        2. Save-Saves a copy of the form to your computer so that you don’t have to go to web page to create a barcode form

        3. Save As-Saves a copy of the filled-out form on your computer

      2. Click Enable Editing

      3. Tab one time to the first input location (1. Supplier Name:)

        1. Input name using the equal sign (=) as a space bar (XYZ=Company=Inc)

      4. Tab (2. LMCO PO Number:) and input number

      5. Tab (3. PO Line Number:) and input number

      6. Continue to tab and fill the form

      7. Print a copy to include with shipment

      8. Log off- If you used option 1. Open the form will reset.
