REGISTRATION TERMS


Fees: Delegate fees £170 (Day 1), £170 (Day 2), £290 (Day 1 and Day 2). Fees include copy of presentations and handouts where provided, lunch and refreshments.


Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis on receipt of payment.


Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing and received at the Centre for Women’s Mental Health, Community Based Medicine, University Place, University of Manchester, Manchester M13 9PL before 22nd April 2009. A handling charge of £30.00 will be applied to all cancellations, although delegates maybe substituted at any time. No refunds can be offered 10 days prior to the event.


The organisers have the right to make changes to the programme.
