Instructions for Checking Archived Messages – MSMHS-PS

Once you are enrolled for the email group for your class, you will find it necessary to review the archived messages from your colleagues and faculty members to obtain information on housing opportunities, books, supplies, orientation, and other essential items that may already have been communicated to your class email group.

To check the archived messages from your class list, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to http://ca.mail.tu.edu/mailman/listinfo/tucopmsmhs2015.

  2. Click on “tucopmsmhs2015”.

  3. Enter your full @tu.edu email address ([email protected]) and the mailman password.

Cannot find or forget your password?  The information below will help you find it:

  1. If you check your @tu.edu email in-box, the first or second message in there (unless you have deleted it, in which case, you should check your deleted items folder) should have the subject line “Welcome to the ‘Tucopmsmhs2015’ mailing list”.  Toward the bottom of that message you will find a password.  If you use that password with your entire school email address ([email protected]) you should be able to access the archives.

  1. If you cannot locate the message I’ve referenced above, you may also get a password reminder by going to http://ca.mail.tu.edu/mailman/listinfo/tucopsmhs2015.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and next to the “Unsubscribe or Edit Options” button, enter your entire school email address ([email protected]), then click the button.  On the new page that pops up, click the “Remind” button at the bottom and an email will be sent to your school address with the password.

Once you have followed the steps above, you should be able to view a list of messages from each month, sorted by Thread, Author, Subject, or Date. If, after reviewing the archived messages, you cannot find the information you are seeking, please feel free to contact me ([email protected]) and I will attempt to point you in the right direction.
