Manuscript Guidelines
The following instructions relating to submission and preparation of manuscript must be adhered to; failure may result in rejection of papers.
Manuscript must be sent by email (ic[email protected]) before December 1, 2016.
After paper acceptance, all authors will submit a brief biographical sketch. The biography should be not more than 100 words and should include full name, affiliation, e-mail address, full international contact details and brief professional biography. A biography must be included for each author on multiple-authored papers.
Paper of original research work should be not more than 5000 words in extent. This includes text and references. This limit will be waived only under exceptional circumstances when the subject matter requires a lengthier presentation.
Paper size should be A4 with line space of 1.0 and with a margin of 1.25 inch (left-Right and Up-Down). Ensure that the margins are consistent on all pages.
All text must be written in font style "Times New Roman" and font size 12.
All pages must be numbered in centre, lower part.
A uniform writing strategy should be adopted throughout the manuscript.
Style of tables (Grid style) and data presentation should be uniform.
The first page should carry the title, name(s) of the author(s) and a structured abstract of not more than 400 words summarizing the background, objective, methods, important findings and conclusions.
Title and author(s) name must be centred
Keywords (up to six) which encapsulate the principal topics of the paper must be mentioned in the end of first page.
The paper should be divided under appropriate headings: introduction, literature review, methodology, analysis and results, discussion, conclusion, references and appendices (if required).
Notes or endnotes should be used only if absolutely necessary and must be identified in the text and listed at the end of the article.
All figures (charts, diagrams and drawings) tables and plates (photographic images) should be of clear quality, in black and white and numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals. Size of figures and tables should not exceed text margin. All tables and figures should be properly headed, numbered and sources should be given below the table.
References must be in APA style and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency. All the references, which are cited in the main text, should be listed at the end of the manuscript, immediately prior to the appendices in alphabetical order. (download APA quick guide)
Publications that are not cited in the text should not be included in the references list.

Abstract (12 Font Size & Bold) : The abstract should be one paragraph of not more than 400 words summarizing the contents of paper and should include background, objective, methodology, important findings/results and conclusions. Do not make references nor display equations in the abstract. The journal will be printed from the same-sized copy prepared by you. Your manuscript should be printed on A4 paper. It is imperative that the margins and style described in the guidelines be adhered to carefully. This will enable us to keep uniformity in the final printed copies of the Journal. (12 Font Size)
Keywords (12 Font Size & Bold) - About five key words in alphabetical order, separated by comma (12 Font Size & Bold)
The introduction of the paper should explain the nature of the problem, previous work, objective/purpose, significant of the study, limitation and the contribution of the study. Provide the contents of each section to understand easily about the paper. (12 Font Size)
Write literature review concisely and develop overall logical structure. Synthesis or integrate the literature. Literature review are carried to enlarge knowledge about the topic, to identify gaps in current knowledge, to provide background to your research, to review other’s work in order to tell your story, to explain your topic, or document your conclusions, to lead your work toward new knowledge, to identify areas of controversy in the literature, to define and limit the problem you are working on, to avoid unnecessary duplication/to avoid reinventing the wheel, to evaluate promising research methods, to relate your findings to previous knowledge and suggest further research.
Cite each work of other author properly in the text and give detail in the reference list using APA reference style. (12 Font Size)
Describe methodology in detail. It includes mathematical/statistical model, types of data, sources of data, data collection method, sampling method used etc. (12 Font Size)
4. DATA ANALYSIS AND RESULTS (12 FONT SIZE & BOLD)
A detail analysis is carried out in this section and results are mentioned in this section. (12 Font Size)
5. DISCUSSION (12 FONT SIZE & BOLD)
In this section the author will use the competencies of synthesis and evaluation to develop connections between what is known and what emerges from the research study to create new understandings or new knowledge. The author will answer or addressed the research question(s). (12 Font Size)
6. CONCLUSION (12 FONT SIZE & BOLD)
A conclusion section must be included and should indicate clearly the advantages, limitations, and possible applications of the paper. Although a conclusion may review the main points of the paper, do not replicate the abstract as the conclusion. A conclusion might elaborate on the importance of the work or suggest applications and extensions. (10)
REFERENCES (12 FONT SIZE & BOLD)
Follow APA references style (guide attached). Only cited text references should be included in the reference list alphabetically.

Ensure a high-quality and clear diagrams, figures, maps, graph and tables with captions on the top with proper number and source at the bottom. (12 Font Size)
