Le Centre Africain pour les Applications de la Météorologie au Développement (ACMAD) basé à Niamey/NIGER, lance cet avis de recrutement de spécialistes , dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet d’Appui aux Institutions Africaines du Climat (ISACIP) financé par un don du Fonds Africain de Développement (FAD) de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) .

CONDITIONS GENERALES DE CANDIDATURE
1. Nomination et évaluation

L'appel à candidatures pour les postes, la sélection des candidats et leur nomination sont de la responsabilité du Directeur Général de l’ACMAD. Les performances seront évaluées par le Coordonnateur du projet.

Durée et nature du contrat

La durée du contrat est d'une (1) année renouvelable dans la limite de la durée du projet et sous réserve de bonne performance.
La période d’essai est de trois (03) mois.
Le recrutement se fera sous forme de contrat de service (CS).

Langues de travail

Les langues de travail du projet et à l’ACMAD sont le français et l’anglais.
Le candidat pour ce poste doit avoir une parfaite maîtrise (écrit et parlé) de ces deux langues

CONDITIONS DE candidature
1. Composition du dossier

Le dossier de candidature comprend :

lettre de motivation,
curriculum vitae (maximum 3 pages),
fiche de renseignement de base (ci-jointe) dument remplie
copies certifiés des diplômes et autres attestations de formation
attestations d’emploi.
Certificat de visite et de contre visite médicale

Autres conditions :

Les candidats(es) doivent être âgés de 57 ans au maximum et être des ressortissants(es) des pays membres de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD).
Pour le poste d’Assistant(e) au Coordonateur du Projet, les candidats(es) doivent être ressortissants(es) ou résidents (es) au Niger avec permis d’emploi.
Les candidatures féminines sont encouragées
La date limite de réception du dossier de candidature au siège de l’ACMAD est fixée au 30 Novembre 2012 à 18H30 et la prise de service pour le 1^er Janvier 2013.

The African Centre of Meteorological Applications for Development (ACMAD) based in Niamey / NIGER, is launching this recruitment notice of specialists, as part of the implementation of the Institutional Support to African Climate Institutions project (ISACIP) funded by a grant from African Development Fund (ADF) of the African Development Bank (ADB).

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION (Applicable for all positions)
1. Appointment and Evaluation

The call for nominations for the positions, the selection of candidates and their appointments are the responsibility of the Director General of ACMAD. The performance will be evaluated by the Project Coordinator

Duration and nature of the contract

The contract period is one (1) year renewable within the project period and subject to good performance.

The probation period is three (03) months.

Recruitment will be in the form of service contract (SC).

Working languages

The working languages of the ACMAD are French and English. The candidate must be fluent (written and oral) in of any of these languages and have knowledge of the other.
