Converse Consultants is seeking a project/senior engineer for the Monrovia office This position will require a degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in geotechnical engineering. Project/Senior level position candidate must be a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California.

The position requires intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Responsibility will include preparing proposal and reports. The position includes responsibility for marketing, client management, budget management, quality control, quality assurance, risk management, establishing and managing schedules, and projects profitability.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering with emphasis in geotechnical engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write technical reports and proposals
Ability to perform field work/visits requiring physical exertion
Valid driver’s license with driving record suitable to our insurer, and insurance if driving a personal vehicle on company business
California PE license
