INTERNAL RULES OF THE NATIONAL NETWORK OF AUNTIES ASSOCIATIONS (RENATA)
Title1: General dispositions
article1: The present Internal Rules is established in accordance with the dispositions of the Constitution of the Network.
Article 2: It is elaborated to discipline the members and personnel of RENATA by:
fixing rules for good conduct
completing and precising certain points of the Constitution
enabling efficient management of social actions and finances of the Network
Title 2: Conditions for adhesion, rights and obligations of members
Article 3: Conditions for adhesion
The quality for membership is acquired after regulating the annual cost fixed for 5.000 FCFA (five thousand francs) by all Aunties Associations. It is lost by non payment of the annual adhesion cost within a period of six months.
Article 4: Rights and obligations of members
Rights:
Participate in the General Assembly meetings, in votes and in the decisions being taken;
Be eligible in the different posts of the executive secretariat of RENATA;
Benefit from all the advantages bound to the quality of members;
Consult on demand the constitution, the register, the reports of activities of RENATA.
Obligations:
Respect the constitution and the internal rules as well as the decisions taken by the GA;
Participate in the activities of the GA;
Respect discipline and confidentiality;
Produce an annual report on the activities or specific reports to particular donors;
An object of report has to be made and deposited in the executive secretariat of the network, on all missions carried out in the domain of the network’s activities.
Title 3: Discipline and Sanctions
Article 5: During the works of the GA, the members must respect the rules of good conduct and of proprieties otherwise have penalties of suspension or exclusion.
Article 6: The disciplinary sanctions are provided against all personnel of the Network who:
Will not execute a task given to her or not carry it out within the time given and without a tangible excuse;
Does not produce a report of activities on time;
Conceals documents, donations, support and funding or all other information intended for the Network;
Does not regularly give an account of the evolution of activities or the management of the Network’s resources;
Uses for his interest the items of the Network;
Diverts the Network’s funds;
Will have an abusive attitude towards the other personnel of the Network (injure, fights, lie and gossip).
Title 4: Finances
Article 7: Depositions of funds
The funds of the Network are being deposited in one or more bank accounts opened in bank institutions where its headquarters is found.
Article 8: Withdrawal of funds
(1) All withdrawal of funds of the Network is subordinated to the joint signature of the Executive Secretary and the Program Manager, deposited in the bank.
(2) In case of non availability of one of the persons mentioned in (1), her signature is replaced by that of the Coordinator of the S.O.S. Rape Unit.
(3) For all withdrawals of huge amount of money equal to 500.000 FRS CFA, the signature of the head of component (volet SRJA/PGCSS/GTZ) will be required.
Title 5: Final dispositions
Article 9: The present Internal Rules can only be modified by a resolution from the General Assembly with at least 2/3of its members present.
