The study examined how to promote vaccination among victims of conflict. The study conducted an experiment to determine how an artistic illustration communication intervention delivered alongside counseling will influence the behavior intention toward COVID-19 vaccination. The result of the study showed that victims of conflict who are exposed to visual messages on COVID-19 vaccination reported greater self-efficacy than those who are not. Also, victims of conflict who are exposed to visual messages on COVID-19 vaccination reported greater task efficacy than those who are not. Candidate’s estimated % contribution: 20%.

The study explored effect of Social Media advertising on product patronage. Hierarchy of Effects theory was adopted while survey design was the methodology used with questionnaire as data collection instrument. A sample size of 450 respondents was chosen among Lagos residents. Findings show that despite the positive perception of social media advertisements only 22% respondents responded to advertisements on social media. From these findings, the researchers concluded that advertising messages on social media might affect people’s attitude positively but it does not necessarily lead to purchase. The study investigated the influence advertising has on customer bahaviour along four loyalty parameters; core loyalty, switching loyalty, split loyalty and shifting loyalty dimension. The survey method was adopted with 400 respondents purposely chosen. Findings of this study showed that there was a significant positive but weak correlation between advertising on hardcore loyalty and shifting loyalty. Results further showed that there was a significant positive correlation between advertising on split loyalty and switching loyalty. Candidate’s estimated % contribution: 40%.

Prior to the invention of social media, media audiences relied on traditional media for news; today, media audiences rely on social media for both news and audience participation in media content. With the proliferation of sources of news, audiences are left with the option of selecting the medium that best serve their interest. The study adopted survey method while questionnaire was used to gather data from 238 respondents from Lagos State. Findings showed that in terms of timeliness, majority (42.4%) of the respondents considered social media news as timely and 77% indicated that traditional media is the most credible news source. The researchers concluded that traditional media are the most preferred sources of news and on that premise. Candidate’s estimated % contribution: 40%.
