  1. Main areas of responsibility :

To contribute to development of the Director General’s policy priorities.


Policy Development: Contribute to, and provide advise and input on, policy developments of the DG. Contribute to the definition of strategic objectives for enterprise policy. Analyse, and follow-up, on the developments of enterprise policy.


Enterprise Policy Group (consisting of Member States’ Director Generals for Industry:

Prepare meetings of the Enterprise Policy Group by setting up agendas and developing discussion papers with an analysis of on-going topics to be discussed.


Briefings: Prepare briefings for the Director General and the Commissioner with input from other parts of DG ENTR and secure a consistent high quality output.



  1. Main qualifications :

  • University level education of at least 4 years in an area such as business economics, law, politics, public administration or business administration

  • Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in public administration

  • Experience in working with EU institutions


  1. Languages:

  • English : very good speaking, writing and understanding level

  • French : very good speaking and understanding level
