On the passing of the list of priority sectors for socio-economic infrastructure investment under Bac Giang Development Investment Fund for 2019 – 2025 period
18th BAC GIANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE’S COUNCIL, 6th MEETING
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local government dated June 19, 2015
Pursuant to Decree No 138/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 28, 2007 of the Government on the organization and operation of local development investment funds; Decree No 37/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 on amendments and supplement to Decree No 138/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 28, 2007
Pursuant to Decision No 269/QĐ-TTg dated March 2, 2015 of the Prime Minister on the approval of the master plan for socio-economic development of Bac Giang province through 2020 and with vision towards 2030
Considering Proposal No 243/TTr-UBND dated November 28, 2018 of the Provincial People’s Committee, the review report by Economic-Budget Commission and opinions of the delegates at the meeting,
RESOLVES:
Article 1: The passing ofthe list of priority sectors for socio-economic infrastructure investment (direct investment and investment loan) under Bac Giang Development Investment Fund for 2019 – 2025 periods, with details as follows:

Other sectors for socio-economic infrastructure investment in the province: Shall be decided by the Provincial People’s Committee given written agreement with Standing People’s Council and reported to the People’s Council at the most imminent meeting. |
Article 2:Delegation for the Provincial People’s Committee to execute the Resolution.
Should any problem arise during the execution, the Provincial People’s Committee shall get written agreement with the Standing People’s Council before handling and report to the Provincial People Committee at the most imminent meeting.
The resolution was passed by the 18th Bac Giang Provincial People’s Council, 6th meeting and takes effect from January 1, 2019./.
