Scuba Steve is a 45 year old male complaining of bone pain, headaches, tooth loss, and hearing loss. Cranial abnormalities are noted and cranial measurements reveal an increase in head size. Patient has a history of Kyphosis and rheumatoid arthritis. Serum alkaline phosphatase is significantly elevated while serum calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D levels are normal. Cranial x-ray reveals many large multinucleated osteoclasts.

Patricia is an 84 year female complaining of back pain, bone pain, and leg muscle weakness. Physical exam reveals bowed legs while x-rays show multiple compression fractures of lumbar vertebrae 2-4 as well as thoracic vertebrae 11-12. Patient history includes GERD, hypocalcemia, and CHF.

Maria is a 52 year old female complaining of fatigue, joint pain, facial bone pain and her shoes are all suddenly too small. Patient history reveals hands appear to have enlarged as well as facial enlargement. No x-rays available to substantiate patient claim. Other significant history includes galactorrhea and decreased libido. Serum prolactin and HGH were elevated. Recommend cranial MRI.
