Founded by his sisters, Elizabeth and Anne, the Robert Grant Memorial Trust, remembers Mr Robert Grant, an agricultural graduate of the University in 1923.
Applications are invited to the Robert Grant Memorial Trust for the 2011/12 academic year.
The award will cover full-time UK/EU Tuition Fees, and shall be awarded in line with the following criteria:
Applicants must be commencing a Taught Postgraduate degree programme in one of the following: Soil Science, Environmental Science or Environmental Microbiology
Applicants must be beginning postgraduate studies in September 2011 (i.e. the 2011/12 academic year).
Applicants must have been born in the counties of Morayshire or Aberdeenshire.
Under the terms of the Robert Grant Memorial Trust, awards will be made on the basis of financial need and academic potential.

To be awarded a scholarship you must receive and then firmly accept an offer, either conditional or unconditional, of a place at the University.
Notification of Awards:
You will be told whether or not your application has been successful by email/post at the correspondence address you give us no later than Friday 24 June 2011. If your application has been successful the award will be subject to your admission to the University.
