User story:
When I working with STT Check files I want to execute some checks manually and independently, so that I can debug or recheck changes I've made to the system

UI/UX:
Check Files list, Run for individual check file

Acceptance criteria

• User is able to run an individual check

• user is able to see "Standard notification" when the check is executed

• There Still the ability to run all checks, but now on the Check files section, not on Failed checks

• Failed checks page - don't have "Run all checks button "

Out of scope:

Suggested implementation:
Extend `StartSecurityChecks` with checks names slice. If slice contains some check names then run only them, if slice is empty then run all checks.

How to test:

Scenario 1:
1) Trigger several different alerts

2) Fix two of them

3) Run only one check

4) Only one alert should gone

Scenario 2:

Check that `StartSecurityChecksRequest` without specified checks names triggers all checks (current behavior still works)
