CHARGE STANDARD FOR NATIONALITY PERMIT CERTIFICATE AND NATIONALITY CERTIFICATE

Charge Standard for Nationality Permit Certificate and Nationality Certificate

　　　Promulgated by Order Tai-Nei-Hu-Tzu No.0930006827 on June 4th,

　　　2004, Ministry of the Interior

Aritcle 1 This standard was enacted pursuant to Article 21 of

　　　　　Nationality Act and Acticle 10 of Fees Act.

Aritcle 2 The Ministry of Interior issued the charge standard

　　　　　for the fees of Nationality Permit Certifice and

　　　　　Nationality Certificate as follows:

　I.　Naturalized R.O.C Permit Certificate: NT$ 1000/pcs.

　II. Forfeited Nationality Permit Certificate: NT$ 1000/pcs.

　III.Reinstated Nationality Permit Certificate: NT$ 1000/pcs.

　IV. R.O.C Permit: NTD 1000/pcs.

Those who apply for forfeiture of nationality or issue of Nationality

Certificate in overseas must be charged US$30 for each piece of

previous Nationality Permit Certificate or Nationality Certificate

while be charged ￥ 3300 in Japan.

Article 3 Those who dirty and destroy or loss the Nationality Permit

Certificate or Nationality Certificate must apply for renewal or

reissue to the Ministry of Interior and charges for that pursuant

to the aforesaid regulations.

Article 4 Fees for Nationality Permit Certificate and Nationality

Certificate shall be collected by the insititution that applys for

naturalisation, forfeiture and reinstatement of nationlity or nationality

certificate and then be handed over by level to the final Ministry of

Interior for treasury preservation.

Article 5 This standard shall enter into effectiveness on July 1st, 2004.
