  2. JO English-Equivalency-discipline Not Appr-EPAC Agrees

  3. LD English-Equivalency-discipline Not Appr-EPAC Agrees The candidate does in fact qualify and did not need review by the ECC or EPAC as she has an MA in English that qualifies her without the need for review by the ECC or EPAC. She has a BA in History which does not matter as she qualifies under the first set of state MQ’s – MA in English.

  4. TW English-Equivalency-discipline Not Appr-EPAC Agrees (sent back to ECC as this applicant meets the Alternate Criteria as specified by that committee- MFA in Creative Writing).

  5. MJ English-Equivalency-discipline Not Appr-EPAC Agrees(sent back to ECC as this applicant meets the Alternate Criteria as specified by that committee. BA in English with MA in Education with a specialization in curriculum and instruction-alternate title allows for this as long as there are enough courses in English-7 to 9 courses 3 units each = 21-27 units)

NE English-Equivalency-discipline Not Appr-EPAC Agrees – The candidate does in fact qualify and did not need review by ECC or EPAC as he met the MQ by Academic Senate Standards-with an MA in English with a specialization. The state Academic Senate says a specialization does not dilute the degree.
