If this is the first time a receipt has been requested by this company, the following documentation must be included with this application:

• Copy of the company's tax number (personal ID / VAT ID)

• Form for the Accounting Department's third-party file, containing company details (this must include the signature and the full name of the person signing and the stamp of the company or institution)

Si es la primera vez que pide factura para esta empresa debe adjuntar a esta solicitud:

• Copia de la identificación fiscal de la empresa (DNI/CIF)

• Hoja para el fichero de terceros del Servicio de Gestión Económica, con los datos de la empresa (ha de constar necesariamente la firma y el nombre y apellidos de quien firma y el sello de la empresa o institución)

• Please state the course code and the reference number and amount of the invoice for which a receipt is requested. These details can be found on the invoice (see Figures 1 and 2).

• Receipts will be issued once the enrolment invoice has been paid. If the invoice has been paid by direct debit, the receipt will be issued a month after the date of the debit.

• Due to closure of the financial year, the last day to request a receipt with date of issue in the current year will be 22 November.

• Debe indicar el código del estudio, el número de referencia y el importe del recibo del que quiere factura. Estos datos los encontrará en el mismo recibo (ver figuras 1 y 2).

• Las facturas se emitirán una vez que haya sido pagado el recibo de matrícula. Si el recibo ha sido pagado mediante domiciliación bancaria, la factura se emitirá pasado un mes desde la fecha de la domiciliación.

• Debido al cierre del ejercicio económico, el último día para solicitar factura con fecha de expedición del año en curso garantizada será el 22 de noviembre.

If the receipt is to be sent to the student's address, it will be sent to the address for correspondence which has entered into the Virtual Campus.

Si elige la opción de envío al domicilio del alumno, le enviaremos la factura al domicilio para notificaciones que tenga introducido en el Campus Virtual.

• In accordance with the general call for grants for non-accredited postgraduate and specialisation studies, applications for receipts are incompatible with applications for grants.

• Personal data will be included in the computerised files held by the University of Alicante, which undertakes not to use this information for any purposes other than those for which it has been requested, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on data protection. The interested party may exercise his or her rights to access, modify, cancel and oppose the processing of his or her personal details by writing to the Management of this University.

• De acuerdo con la convocatoria general de becas en estudios propios de postgrado y especialización, la solicitud de factura es incompatible con la solicitud de beca.

• Sus datos personales quedarán incluidos en los ficheros automatizados de la Universidad de Alicante, que se compromete a no hacer un uso distinto de aquel por el cual han sido pedidos, de acuerdo con la Ley orgánica 15/1999 de protección de los datos. Pueden ejercer, por escrito, los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación, y si procede, de oposición, delante de la Gerencia de esta Universidad.
