COMMUNITY OUTCOMES

FOR THE MASTERTON DISTRICT

The 2018-28 Long Term Plan outlines the long-term direction for council’s activities and our district. The plan states our vision and the outcomes that we want to achieve for our community. It details what we intend to do over the next 10 years, including the services we will provide, the projects we will undertake, how much we will spend, how we will pay for everything and how we will measure success.

Achieving these goals will require partnerships and collaboration across sectors and groups. No organisation or individual alone can fully deliver all of the outcomes identified. The Council is keen to support, or work with, people and organisations who are working to achieve the outcomes.

These outcomes provide direction for the next ten years for the Council. These help to define what our vision means for us as a community.
