Modern World History Interactive Notebook
What is an interactive notebook?
An interactive notebook is simply a spiral notebook (5 subject) that you will bring with you to class every day. You will be required to include in your notebook all handouts, class notes, brainstorming, questions and answers, test/quiz information, creative extensions, opinions, readings, and enrichments that you will complete during the course of the year. Your notebook will be graded each quarter and will count as 20% of your quarter grade. I will be creating my own notebook at the same time as you and will have it displayed in the classroom.
Your grade on the notebook will be based on the following criteria:
Thoroughness/completion of assignments
Organization
Attention to detail
Personal connection to information
Required notebook materials:
5-subject spiral notebook
Glue stick or tape
1 set of colored “stick-on” tabs
