7. That no consideration money or any amount has been paid against the Column no. 4 property.

8. That there is no any ban or restriction over the land by the Govt. or other authorities.

9. That any happening by the willful act of the Attorney, he will be solely liable for the same. Thus I/we am/are not responsible for it.

I/we, do hereby agree and to confirm and ratify each and every act of my/our said attorney done within the scope of the authority hereby conferred on my/our name and on my/our behalf under this Power of Attorney, shall be binding on me/us as if the same were executed and applied by me/us.
