This authority must be completed by each Client on their company headed notepaper and returned to the CFSP authorised trader. The CFSP authorised trader should then retain a copy for their own records and attach the original with their written application to use this facilitation.

Client’s authority for the CFSP indirect representative to use their DAN for payment and security

I/ We (client’s company name) hereby request that any duties, taxes or levies arising in respect of goods declared by (CFSP authorised trader’s name) on my/ our behalf as my/our indirect representative under the simplified procedure (and which are not otherwise paid or secured) be secured under my/ our DAN …….. to the amount of £…….. .
