MULTIFAITH SCHOLARS SEMESTER PLAN TO BE FILED ONLY BY MULTIFAITH SCHOLARS SEMESTER PLAN

To be filed only by Scholars who are not registering for IRS 4998 hours in a given semester – all others should complete the IRS 4998 registration form

The semester plan is intended to:

support the conversation between Multifaith Scholars (MFS) and their mentors about expectations for the upcoming semester, and
share with the Center for the Study of Religion, Culture and Society the work each MFS intends to focus upon in the coming term.

Please provide clear and detailed information in response to each question below. If you are completing a plan or contract for another Fellows program that covers the same information, you are welcome to submit a copy of that plan in place of this so long as you ensure that all of the details relevant to your Multifaith Scholars work are included.

TIMELINE: (subject to change, of course, but it helps to have a clear initial plan):

BUDGET: Please submit a budget that lists how much of your MFS money you have already spent, and how the remaining balance will be spent over the course of the next three semesters. Provide as many specifics about the upcoming semester’s planned expenditures as possible.
