Course Description: This class focus on helping students prepare professional portfolios. The major focus is on making digital portfolios. All students have choices to make their digital portfolios in one of the two following methods:
MS PowerPoint 2003 presentations, which can be saved on a CD or upload to the web.
A web site created with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX2004, which can be saved on a CD, or published on the web.
Class Tech Information:
Platform: Window PC is recommended and the lab fully loaded with PC.
Macintosh PowerPC is OK, if you prefer.
Software: Adobe PhotoShop 8.0
MS PowerPoint 2003
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 (if you are using Mac, you will need to secure a copy of Mac version Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 and a Mac laptop for yourself, since the class will be conducted in a PC Lab).
Class Supply: 1 Zip Disks (100 MB), or a Flash Drive.
