LIFESOLUTIONS company is a young company that has existed for only two years on the domestic market. We are working with information technologies and systems. We are now in a period when we want to expand production and win the market with our new product. We wish that with our effort and work we create innovations and win the market and suppress competition.

In market research we found out that despite the developed LCD monitor industry and developed industry of mobile phones and technologies we lack of products that combine them and use their strengths.

Our product INFOMONITOR will be the first in the market and will attract the attention of potential customers with its beautiful design, usability and a reasonable price. This product will be our introduction to the further series of products that will find application in daily life.

Our company has 32 employees with young professionals who are full with enthusiasm and enjoyment of team work on our innovations. As our business develops and expands we plan to employ more professionals, especially young people who will bring new ideas and make our innovations better.

Our company LIFESOLUTIONS believes that the market of information systems and technologies in our country and in the region is insufficiently developed and utilized and therefore we see the chance for our product and company to do well and to qualify on the market.

In our market research we concluded that production of all types of LCD monitors as well as production of various kinds of mobile phones is well developed. However, utilization of these two well-developed industries is unnoticeable, so to speak unused in our market. It gives us the opportunity to step into the market with our products and relatively easy get to the customer.

On the international market similar products can already be found but their prices are very high and they exist only in the basic solutions (TV, display time, etc.). Our product is comprehensive and will be designed for our market. We believe that with time we’ll have the opportunity to offer our product on the international market, considering that we have good solutions, products and competitive price.

Our production will be synchronized so that we deliver products to the market within 3 days of the placed order.

We are a young company and for some time we’re present on the domestic market and we believe that with a new product we can make great progress and strong penetration on the market.

Our company LIFESOLUTIONS consists of two production sectors:

• the LCD monitor production sector

• software development sector

At the top of the company is a manager with his team in charge of production.

Our company is a private company whose property consists of two business partners with 51% ownership and 49% ownership of small shareholders with a greater number of shares.

All our employees are well educated and mostly experts in electro engineering, information technologies and economics. All managers are highly educated professionals.

We are all a team with an interest in better position of our new product on the market that will offer good profits to the company. All the profits will be focused on further development and rewards for employees that will motivate them to work with more effort.

Marketing and sales management



LIFESOLUTIONS will be promoted in all kinds of media, primarily internet-based ones. The starting point of promotion will be the project website. Public of all structures will find this product very practical.

Marketing staff will promote our solution as a brand new product on the market while keeping the prices accessible.

We plan to organize promotions of our product at fairs of technology and science and similar events.

As our product is accepted on the market we have a ready capacity and potential to increase the volume of production and respond to market requirements.

Our product will be distributed to the general population at large retail chains that are engaged in furnishing of the living quarters.

InfoMonitor



This small monitor built into your mirror gives you all the information you need during your working day. A glimpse at the morning news, horoscope, weather or condition of the roads, it shows you whatever you want to know. Your mobile phone with Bluetooth will transmit information on the screen. You only need to configure your personal settings on the mobile phone and every time you step in front of the monitor world will be at your fingertips.

Our software supports all types of mobile phones. Whether you have a mobile phone based on Android operating system, Nokia's operating system ISO / Symbian, or another operating system, INFOMONITOR will react properly.

All monitors are compatible with each other so when you go to your friend’s house you only need to bring your cell phone where the monitor will accept your settings.

The monitor is easy to set up, in the mirror, kitchen cupboards, or in your bedroom, almost anywhere.

Our company has so far operated without loss and without profit. With this loan we plan to expand production and generate profit. New product needs new investments but also brings solid earnings.

We plan to return the borrowed money within 5 years with a grace period of one year, which is sufficient to establish the product on the market.

During the first year we’ll sell the product for 200,00e which will bring us the total income of 100.000, 00e and after the grace period expires we will be able to return the first installment of the loan. Next year we will increase the number of products so that we could be able to return requested loan for an agreed period.
