Enabling Remote Desktop
For remote desktop to work you must first check your operating system version. You must be running XP Professional or Windows 2003 server
You must enable the remote desktop feature on your pc first by going to my computer right clicking on the icon and selecting properties. Then select the tab that says Remote enable the check box which allows users to connect remotely and also write down the full computer name of you pc:
Click apply and then OK
Launch VTPro-e v. 3.3.1.4 or later. Open your TPMC-10 project. You will see the remote desktop icon. You will assign it a join number and launch the application the same way you launch the other embedded applications:
When the application launches on the screen of the TPMC-10 you will see the Remote Desktop window appear on the screen select options button to view the full screen:
6. In the computer field enter the computer name you are trying to connect to. Enter the username and password and domain if necessary. Select the connect button you should automatically connect to the remote computer. You might have to login again on the screen of the TPMC-10. If you are unable to connect, log off of your computer then connect the TPMC-10 again.
