It is time for your annual. When you call, please tell us that you received this reminder so we book enough time. Your visit will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Please call to set your annual appointment first. Then we are happy to draw your non-fasting lab at the time of your annual exam and then we will send you a letter with a copy of your lab results or you may have your non-fasting lab drawn 2 to 3 days before your scheduled physical appointment. We draw labs from 7:30 am until 11:30 am, Monday – Friday. (Some Fridays are short staffed, so please call first if you are planning on a Friday lab draw.)

On the day of your appointment – we recommend leaving early so your visit will go well as some patients are having traffic and parking issues.

If you are on medication, please schedule your annual in enough time so you do not run out of your medication.

Please bring all your prescription bottles with you to your exam so we can update your chart.

Please do not use any lotions, oils, or cream the day of your appointment to help in doing the ekg.

Please take your medicine as usual.
