Container Requirements Label Requirements

General Requirements
- All containers must be kept in secondary containment.
- A weekly inspection must be done. Use the uniform inspection form.
- Keep spill containment material in the waste storage area.
- Emergency response information must be posted in the laboratory.
When a Container is Full or Ready for Pick-up:
- Enter the date on the hazardous waste label. Call x5216 or email
[email protected] to arrange to have your waste picked up. It will be
picked up within 3 days.
